Senator Torgerson, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent                  
that the Finance Committee referral be waived on SENATE BILL                   
NO. 77 An Act relating to civil actions by municipalities and                  
certain public corporations and prohibiting certain civil actions by           
them against firearms or ammunition manufacturers and dealers.                 
Without objection, the bill was referred to the Rules Committee.
